1. Personal Information We Collect
Shaka (the "Company") collects the following personal information in order to provide the Atmark.ai service (the "Service").
- At membership registration: email address, nickname (handle)
- At newsletter subscription: email address, selected language
- During service use: access IP, browser information, service usage records
- At payment: payment method information (processed directly by the card company; not stored by the Company)
2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
- Service membership registration and management
- Newsletter publishing and sending subscription emails
- Service improvement and statistical analysis
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Legal compliance and dispute resolution
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal or a request for deletion. However, where retention is required by applicable laws, it will be kept for the corresponding period.
- Records related to e-commerce: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions.
- When the user has consented in advance
- When required by law
The Company uses Resend (resend.com) to send emails, and email addresses are transferred to that service.

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request to view personal information
- Request to correct or delete personal information
- Request to suspend the processing of personal information
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter (unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails)
