Recurring Payment Service Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between the Company and members in connection with the use of the recurring payment service provided by Shaka (the "Company").
Article 2 (Specification and Modification of the Terms)
- The Company posts the contents of these Terms on its service pages and similar locations so that members can easily review them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
- If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may withdraw (terminate); meanwhile, if the member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changes.
- Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the consumer protection guidelines established by the government, relevant laws, or common practice.
Article 3 (Recurring Payment Method)
When the Company provides recurring payment for any of its paid content, after registering on the Company's site via email verification or membership registration, you can start a recurring payment through the recurring payment method provided by the Company, 'KakaoPay' or 'credit card'.
Article 4 (Timing of Payment)
The first payment is made the moment a member starts a paid content recurring payment, and to provide uninterrupted content, the recurring payment renewal is carried out in advance, 1 to 2 days before the validity period of the agreed recurring payment product ends.
Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund of Individual Newsletter Subscription Fees)
- For monthly payments, refunds are not possible once service provision has begun, given that the content has been exposed and the value of the goods is rapidly impaired.
- Even for monthly payments, a full refund is possible if the recurring payment renewal was carried out in advance, 1 to 2 days before the validity period ends.
- For annual payments, once service provision has begun, a partial refund is possible for the amount remaining after excluding the discounted amount relative to the monthly fee and the number of months used as of the current month at the time of the request.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund of Atmark Service Plans)
- For monthly payments, refunds are not possible once the service provision period has begun.
- Only when the recurring payment renewal was carried out in advance, 1 to 2 days before the validity period of the immediately preceding service provision ends, a full refund is possible if you contact us before the start point.
- For annual payments, once service provision has begun, a partial refund is possible for the amount remaining after multiplying the number of months used as of the time of the request (rounded up based on the greater of the proportion of credits used or the proportion of the period used) by the monthly fee of the same plan, and excluding the discounted amount relative to the monthly fee.
Article 7 (Method of Filing Objections)
Refund requests can be submitted through customer support.
