Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Atmark.ai (the "Service") operated by Shaka (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Company provides the following services.
- Tools for writing and publishing multilingual newsletters
- AI-based translation service
- Subscriber management and email delivery
- Newsletter statistics and analytics
Article 3 (Membership Registration and Account)
Registration via an email address is required to use the Service. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information. Users may not use another person's account without authorization or transfer their account to a third party.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following acts.
- Registering for or using the Service with false information
- Collecting, storing, or disclosing other people's personal information
- Publishing inappropriate content such as spam, illegal advertising, or obscene material
- Disrupting the operation of the Service or overloading the servers
- Violating relevant laws and these Terms
Article 5 (Ownership of Content)
The copyright of content created and published by users through the Service belongs to the user. However, the Company may store and transmit such content to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Article 6 (Suspension and Modification of the Service)
The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service to improve it or for operational reasons. In such cases, the Company will provide advance notice; where unavoidable, notice may be provided afterward.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content published by users through the Service. The Company is also not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 8 (Account Termination)
Users may apply to withdraw their membership at any time through the settings menu within the Service. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict or terminate the account without prior notice.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
